Nova Group Restoration and Monitoring Plan SWPPP | Napa, CA

LSA managed preparation and implementation of this Wetland/Riparian Restoration and Monitoring Plan (RMP) for an open-space parcel owned by the Nova Group near the Napa County Airport. The RMP proposed removing fill covering a wetland and riparian swale and restoring it with native seeding and container plantings. LSA supervised all restoration activities in the summer and fall of 2010. LSA’s QSD/QSP prepared and submitted the SWPPP and Notice of Intent which was approved by the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) with no revisions or delays. LSA monitored best management practices during construction which successfully avoided and minimized construction water quality impacts. LSA prepared and submitted the Notice of Termination (NOT) request for the SWPPP, which was approved by the RWQCB in a timely manner after construction was completed.
