Reducing Noise and Air Quality Impacts for New Mixed-Use Project

LSA conducted noise and air quality/greenhouse gas impact studies for the proposed Central Park West mixed-use project at the southwest corner of Interstate 405 and Jamboree Road in the City of Irvine, California. Impacts associated with both construction and operations of the proposed project were evaluated. Mitigation measures were identified for impacts identified as potentially significant without mitigation. All significant noise and air quality impacts were reduced with mitigation measures to a level of less than significant.
