Providing Traffic Studies for the City of Murrieta

LSA was hired by the County of Riverside Transportation & Land Management Agency to provide traffic analysis services for the Clinton Keith Road Extension project. The proposed project would be located partially within the City of Murrieta and partially within unincorporated Riverside County. Work included the preparation of a focused model and traffic impact study for the addendum to the approved supplemental Environmental Impact Report for the project due to the phasing of construction.

The traffic analysis for the proposed project was prepared to meet the requirements of the County of Riverside and the requirements for disclosure of project impacts per the California Environmental Quality Act.
