Congratulations Ambarish Mukherjee, PE, AICP on promotion to Principal
LSA is pleased to announce Ambarish Mukherjee’s promotion to Principal. In his 14 plus years with LSA, Ambarish has earned a reputation for providing context and delivering sensitive solutions on behalf of his clients, both public and private, within the State of California, and throughout the United States.Academically, Ambarish pursued Architecture during his undergraduate years, and received a Bachelor of Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology. As he traveled, he began to realize a deep interest in urban design which led him to successfully attain a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Arlington with a concentration in Transportation, Land Use Planning and GIS. Following his passion for transportation planning and traffic engineering, Ambarish later became a certified planner (AICP) and earned his California State Professional Engineering (PE) License.
Ambarish applies this diverse background to every project he manages. His ability to view projects from a holistic perspective, enables him to provide traffic engineering, transportation planning and travel demand modeling with a deeper level of context; which produces high value mobility analyses.
Within LSA, Ambarish is appreciated for his team leadership for environmental and mobility studies that span entire transportation corridors in California. Clients and colleagues seek, and benefit from, his enthusiastic, inclusive approach to analyze and resolve complex traffic engineering issues. Ambarish is deeply invested in fulfilling environmental policies and advancing mobility goals for all stakeholders.
